Our office is located on the second floor of a walk-up without elevator access. If stairs or physical access pose challenges, please let us know. we’re happy to offer online sessions or find an alternative, accessible space. We also strive to accommodate sensory needs, mobility aids, and any other accessibility requirements to ensure your comfort and ease. Your wellbeing and access are our priorities.

  • Individual sessions:

    $165 for 50 minutes

    $297 for 90 minutes.

  • I have an associate coming on board soon who will be doing some sliding scale. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to jess@jesslenihantherapy.com and we will see how we can support.

  • Our office is located on the second floor of a walk-up building. If stairs present a barrier, I’m happy to offer sessions online or find an alternative accessible space to connect that can better meet your accessibility needs.

  • Absolutely! Feeling a bit nervous or unsure is completely normal and okay. Therapy is a new experience for many, and it takes time to feel comfortable and build trust. Also… Therapists are sometimes a bit nervous to meet you for the first time too.

  • Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and connected with your therapist. If you don’t feel this is the right fit, I can connect you with other therapists in the community who might be a better match for your needs.

  • Your privacy is very important. Everything shared in sessions is confidential, except in specific situations required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of suspected abuse. I will always discuss these limits with you before taking any action.

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the session.

    This policy respects both your time and honours the therapist’s as well.

  • There is street parking available near the office. I recommend checking local signage for any restrictions. We are also located very close to the rapid R4 bus line for accessible transit use and are just off the arbutus greenway for folks that bike.

  • Working on it. I hope to offer direct billing for TELUS Health eClaims, Sun Life, and Manulife, making it easier for you to access care without the hassle of upfront payment.

    I do payment directly for FNHA - Pacific Blue Cross.
