Fees, Insurance & Cancellations

Below you’ll find details about our session fees, payment options, insurance coverage, and cancellation policy. I believe in transparency, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin working together.

Fees & Payment

Individual sessions are $165 for 50 minutes or $267 for 90 minutes. Payments are processed securely through Jane using a credit card and can be billed directly to your private insurance provider. We strive to offer transparent pricing and to support you in accessing the care you need.

Insurance Details

We offer direct billing for TELUS Health eClaims, Sun Life, and Manulife, making it easier for you to access care without the hassle of upfront payment.

We also do direct billing for FNHA clients as well as folks that access autism funding.

Cancellation Policy

We totally get that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee this helps us honour your therapist’s time and the space they hold for your care. Thanks for understanding.
