Our Approach to Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions are facilitated by one of our therapists and are guided by our core values: trauma-informed care, justice-oriented practice, and story-based healing. We create a safe, structured space where everyone’s voice is valued, and where growth comes from both giving and receiving support.
Beyond Groups: Workshops & Community Offerings
In addition to ongoing therapy groups, we also offer workshops and community-based events on topics such as mental health skills, creative expression, identity exploration, and collective care. These offerings are designed to deepen learning, strengthen connection, and provide accessible ways to engage with therapy outside of a traditional session.
