We offer in-person teen counselling in Vancouver, BC and virtual therapy across British Columbia, so young people can access care in the way that feels most comfortable.

Our Approach to Teen Therapy

Every young person’s story is unique, so we begin by listening and building trust. Our work is trauma-informed, justice-oriented, and grounded in story-based healing. Using approaches like narrative therapy, we help teens and youth make sense of their experiences, strengthen their voice, and develop tools that support their wellbeing.
